Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum and learning objectives
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages learning and exploration
- Develop children's literacy, numeracy, communication, and social skills through interactive activities
- Monitor, assess, and document students' progress and provide regular feedback to parents and school administration
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a positive learning atmosphere
- Organize educational games, creative activities, and hands on learning experiences
- Support the emotional, social, and behavioral development of students
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to promote student success
- Maintain accurate student records and prepare reports as required
- Participate in school events, professional development programs, and staff meetings
Requirements
- Bachelors in core subject with B.Ed and Montessori / Early Childhood Education. Equivalency and TLS required
- Teaching qualification/license as required by local regulatory authorities
- Previous experience teaching kindergarten or early years students is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong classroom management and organizational abilities
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Job Description
- We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to create a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young children.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering children's academic, social, emotional, and physical development through age appropriate learning activities and positive classroom management.
