- Design and deliver age appropriate lessons that support early childhood development, literacy, numeracy, and social emotional learning
- Plan engaging classroom activities, teach foundational concepts, assess student progress, and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to align teaching practices with curriculum standards
- Participate in professional development, training sessions, and school events
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience in early childhood or kindergarten settings
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training to design structured, engaging, and developmentally appropriate activities
- Effective Communication skills to interact with children, families, and colleagues
- Relevant teaching certification or degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
- Ability to create inclusive, learner centered classrooms that support diverse backgrounds and learning needs
- Adaptability to work in a multicultural environment and willingness to follow school policies and local regulations

Role Description
- The KG Teacher role is a full time, on site position based in the United Arab Emirates.
- The KG Teacher will design and deliver age appropriate lessons that support early childhood development, literacy, numeracy, and social emotional learning.
- Daily responsibilities include planning engaging classroom activities, teaching foundational concepts, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback.
- The role involves maintaining a safe, inclusive classroom environment, communicating regularly with parents and guardians, and collaborating with colleagues and school leadership to align teaching practices with curriculum standards.
- The teacher will also participate in professional development, training sessions, and school events to continually enhance instructional quality.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience in early childhood or kindergarten settings.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training to design structured, engaging, and developmentally appropriate activities.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with children, families, and colleagues in a clear and respectful manner.
- Relevant teaching certification or degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.

- Previous teaching experience in international or regional schools in the Middle East is an advantage.
