About the Role
Torrid is seeking a Keyholder to support store management with daily opening and closing operations while providing excellent customer service. You will help achieve KPI goals, implement merchandise strategies, and act as manager on duty when needed.

Responsibilities
- In partnership with management team, ensure store is achieving company objectives and KPI goals
- Set the example for The Torrid Connection through selling skills and customer service, ensuring the team provides a shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and loyalty
- Support management team in implementing merchandise strategies while providing a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment
- Perform register functions while using sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add on sales
- Assume responsibility of all store operations when Store Management is out of the store as acting Manager on Duty
- Work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights, and weekends
Requirements
- Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience preferably in a similar role with proven ability to lead teams to success and proven sales performance
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment while committed to creating an amazing customer experience
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to any situation, challenges, job duties, and work schedules
- Fashion focused and stay on top of current trends
- Ability to stand and walk during scheduled shifts
- Ability to pack and unpack shipments, arrange and move store fixtures, and move packages up to 50 lbs
- Ability to reach for merchandise using ladders, step stool, etc.
