Responsibilities

- Support management in implementing merchandise strategies and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment
- Perform register functions and use sales knowledge to drive add on sales
- Assume responsibility of all store operations as acting Manager on Duty when management is out

- Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing job duties and schedules
- Fashion focused and aware of current trends
- Able to stand and walk during scheduled shifts
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Overview
- As a Keyholder, you'll provide support to store management through daily opening/closing operations and provide an amazing shopping experience for customers.
What You'll Do
- In partnership with management team, ensure store is achieving company objectives and KPI goals
- Set the example for The Torrid Connection through selling skills and customer service
- Support management team in implementing merchandise strategies while providing a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment
- Perform register functions while using sales, promotion and product knowledge to drive add on sales
- Assumes responsibility of all store operations when Store Management is out as acting Manager on Duty
- Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights and weekends
What You'll Need
- Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience preferably in a similar role with proven ability to lead teams and sales performance
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment while committed to creating an amazing customer experience
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to any situation, challenges, job duties, and work schedules
- Be fashion focused and stay on top of current trends
