Role and Responsibilities
- The Keyholder role includes, but is not limited to:
Customer Offering
Greet customers upon entrance, engage in meaningful conversations, and build relationships to understand their specific needs.
Facilitate a welcoming and positive atmosphere for everyone in the store.
Educate customers on cannabis products, strains, consumption methods, and safe/responsible usage.
Day-to-Day Operations
Promote our culture and brand by participating in merchandising and promotional activities.
Collaborate with the Store Manager and team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent service.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge, staying informed on cannabis industry legislation, trends, and new products.
