Under the direction of the Offsite Management team, the Event Supervisor assists in the managing, preparation and set up of the event spaces over Toronto and the GTA and assist with event execution. Event Supervisors will work independently or support the managers and help to oversee the floor during an event, in addition to helping deliver food & beverage to guests, maintaining the cleanliness of the space and focusing on ensuring clients satisfaction. They monitor food and quality presentation and possess a strong knowledge of event menu items to answer questions and make recommendations when required. The Event Supervisor position is a leadership in training position, where the incumbent would learn how to be an event manager but still be able to work serving/bartender shifts when not needed for managing shifts.

Support the management team in overall event management

Leading a team of servers and bartenders during an event, responding to all concerns and needs as required

Builds and maintains relationships with guests, team members and senior management alike

Uses conflict/resolution and problem-solving skills

Assist in the preparation, setup and maintenance of event spaces
