Physical logistics
- Control physical logistics performance and improvement using performance, cost, quality, and environmental KPIs.
- Apply Airbus logistics solutions, processes, rules, and policies to physical logistics activities.
- Drive issue resolution, improve logistics operations, and contribute to end-to-end logistics and surface optimization.
- Ensure distribution resources meet required quality and quantity standards.
- Contribute to infrastructure evolution and surface management.
- Assess logistics impacts of short- and medium-term planning changes.
Provider and contract management
- Ensure logistics provider contract compliance, budget respect, savings, and appropriate subcontractor performance.
- Create, challenge, and validate scope changes, work specifications, service requests, and claims.
- Perform technical negotiations covering unit prices, volumes, and forecasts.
- Maintain contract governance and develop operating methods and training for contract management.
- Calculate and monitor logistics budgets in coordination with Finance.
- Support Procurement and Operations with contract implementation and monitoring.
Stakeholders and risk
- Implement and monitor service-level agreements with internal stakeholders.
- Anticipate, understand, and challenge stakeholder requests while implementing approved changes.
- Manage risks with internal stakeholders and logistics providers, including root cause analysis and mitigation plans.
Compliance and audits
- Maintain compliance with airworthiness authorities, quality, environmental, health and safety, and dangerous goods obligations.
- Contribute to corporate audits and industrial maturity activities.
- Plan and conduct audits with Quality and implement actions to close findings.
