Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow professional relationships within key organizations such as PIF, Aramco, SABIC, and government entities
- Facilitate introductions and meetings with relevant stakeholders
- Support engagement at manager, GM, and department head levels
- Manage prequalification and vendor registration processes
- Track upcoming tenders and partnership opportunities
- Share intelligence on relevant projects and procurement cycles
- Assist leadership in navigating organizational structures
- Support proposal positioning and partnership structuring
- Coordinate meetings and follow ups
- Ensure continuous communication with target accounts
Requirements
- Saudi National
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Over 10 years of experience in government relations, business development, or key account management
- Existing professional network within PIF ecosystem, Aramco, SABIC, major main contractors, and ministries/authorities
- Strong networking ability and relationship building skills
- Market awareness and communication skills
