Role Overview
Sika is seeking a strategic Key Accounts Manager to lead distribution sales growth in the UAE.
The role focuses on distributor relationships, sales performance, market development, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing distributors and act as their primary contact for sales inquiries and support.
- Identify and evaluate prospective distributors using market research and company requirements.
- Develop distributor sales strategies, promotional materials, training, and product presentations.
- Analyze sales metrics, feedback, market trends, forecasts, and reports to support growth.
- Coordinate orders, deliveries, issue resolution, and internal sales activities.
- Represent the company at industry events and monitor competitor and market activity.
- Follow quality, environmental health, and safety management systems and practices.
