Key Accounts Manager - Distribution

Develop and maintain strong relationships with our existing distributors, acting as their primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and support.

Identify and engage with potential new distributors, conduct market research, and evaluate their suitability based on our company's requirements.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotional materials, and product training resources for our distributors.

Regularly monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, distributor feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and product presentations with distributors to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities.

Work closely with the internal sales team and other departments to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery, and resolution of any distributor-related issues.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting distributor performance, market conditions, and potential growth opportunities.

Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities that may impact distributor relationships and sales performance.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company, establish new contacts, and strengthen relationships with existing distributors.

To undertake any additional responsibilities or duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor or Manager commensurate within the position.

QA/QC Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Integrated Management and Environmental Health & Safety Management Systems.

Implement good safety practices.
