Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing key accounts and corporate clients
- Identify new B2B sales opportunities within the marine, shipping, offshore, port, and government sectors
- Promote and sell marine equipment and related services
- Prepare quotations
- Follow up on inquiries, RFQs, purchase orders, deliveries, and customer requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments including procurement, logistics, finance, and technical teams
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contract conditions with clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Ensure timely collection of payments in coordination with the finance department
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, quotations, and opportunities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and support the company’s overall business development strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Marine Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development
- Experience in marine equipment, ship supply, offshore, port services, logistics, or industrial supplies preferred
- Ability to understand technical products and communicate solutions to clients
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to prepare professional quotations, proposals, and sales reports
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage
- Valid driving license preferred

Job Summary
- The Key Accounts Manager – B2B will be responsible for managing and developing strategic business relationships with key corporate clients in the marine, shipping, offshore, port, defense, and industrial sectors.
- The role focuses on increasing sales, maintaining long term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent service delivery for marine equipment and related services.
