Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Jeddah for a Key Accounts Manager.
The primary responsibilities include managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, understanding customer needs, and implementing effective business strategies to drive growth.
The role involves creating and executing business plans, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring long-term satisfaction for key clients.
Tasks may also include analyzing customer data, identifying opportunities for expansion, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Key Accounts Management and strong Account Management skills
- Proficiency in Business Planning and ability to execute strategic initiatives
- Strong Customer Service and relationship management skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills to identify opportunities and solve problems
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate clearly
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the marine or industrial supplies sector is a plus
- Proficient in relevant business software and tools
