Role Overview
Manage and grow key client accounts through performance marketing, campaign performance, client satisfaction, and business growth.
The role requires hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, campaign strategy, optimization, reporting, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day performance marketing activities for assigned key accounts.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Develop campaign strategies based on client objectives, target audiences, budgets, and business goals.
- Monitor ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, conversions, and revenue.
- Coordinate with creative, content, SEO, technology, and account management teams.
- Analyze campaigns and identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient media spending.
- Prepare performance reports and present insights to clients.
- Maintain key client relationships and understand their business requirements.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to improve campaign strategies.
- Handle client queries, escalations, campaign delivery, and performance discussions.
