Job Description
The Key Account Specialist is responsible for sales growth, account execution, product availability, order coordination, and client relationships across assigned key accounts.
The role covers retail and away-from-home client accounts.
Core Responsibilities
- Propose and implement sales strategies for assigned key accounts.
- Track receivables and maintain debt levels within admissible limits.
- Introduce new NAPCO products and maintain portfolio availability in key accounts.
- Plan and execute promotions, quotations, purchase orders, delivery requirements, contracts, and special orders.
- Monitor sales, merchandising, prices, and payment terms against contracts or quotations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Implement call-cycle visits for retail and away-from-home clients.
Retail Account Activities
- Generate orders according to minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Fill daily orders and follow up on their processing at the client's end.
- Follow up with the central warehouse on previous-order delivery.
Away-From-Home Account Activities
- Perform inventory counts at client stores.
- Generate and process sales orders with client representatives.
- Follow up with Customer Services on order delivery.
Market and Client Support
- Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations to introduce new items to clients when needed.
- Conduct market visits with the Marketing team to agree on tactical action plans and follow up on implementation.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or high school degree.
- A minimum of 3–4 years of experience in a similar or related field.
Working Conditions
- The job requires travel and mobility when required.
