Role Objective

  • The Key Account Sales Specialist will serve as the primary relationship manager for strategic corporate clients.
  • Operating in a hybrid model from Jeddah, this professional will be responsible for retaining and expanding business within key accounts, identifying client needs, and aligning Direct Print’s integrated services to deliver exceptional branding and event solutions.

Core Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, fostering long term, trust based partnerships and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Consult with clients to identify project objectives, prepare comprehensive proposals and quotations, and effectively negotiate commercial terms.
  • Account Optimization: Monitor account performance metrics, analyze pipeline data, and identify strategic upsell and cross sell opportunities.
  • Project Coordination: Partner with cross functional internal teams (design, fabrication, and production) to ensure timely, high quality on ground execution.
  • Field Support: Conduct site visits, attend client briefings, and provide professional support during event execution phases as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Professional Experience: Proven experience in corporate sales, account management, or business development. Prior experience within the branding, printing, advertising, or event management industries is highly advantageous.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in CRM software navigation and Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel and PowerPoint) for performance tracking and reporting.
  • Competencies: Strong negotiation capabilities, analytical skills for data driven decision making, and the agility to thrive in a fast paced, project driven environment.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; professional proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
