About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Representative And Key Account Manager

to lead and expand our presence across the UAE market.

This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong industry connections and a proven track record in

Oil & Gas

and

Infrastructure

sectors.

The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, develop new business opportunities, and manage key client relationships while achieving ambitious annual sales targets.

πŸ”Ή Sales & Business Development

  • Promote core business services including

Skilled Manpower

,

Topographical Surveys

, and

Lidar 3d Modelling

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients

πŸ”Ή Key Account Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned major clients
  • Manage and expand existing client portfolios
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships

πŸ”Ή Offer & Bid Management

  • Prepare and manage commercial offers in line with company guidelines
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal β€œOffer Process” standards
  • Support tendering and bid submissions

Candidate Requirements

βœ” Strong operational sales experience in

Oil & Gas

and/or

Infrastructure sectors

βœ” Proven track record in

Key Account Management

and client development

βœ” Ability to achieve and exceed

multi-million AED sales targets

βœ” Excellent communication and negotiation skills

βœ” Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset

βœ” Established network and knowledge of key clients in the UAE market

Arabic speaking is highly preferable
