Job Description
SAYEED OFFSET PRINTING PRESS is seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts and Sales Executive for its printing and packaging company in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting and financial transactions.
- Prepare invoices, quotations, receipts, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain accounting records and coordinate with the accounts department.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers for sales enquiries.
- Generate leads for printing, packaging boxes, shopping bags, labels, and promotional materials.
- Communicate with customers through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer and lead databases.
- Coordinate with production teams and customers to ensure smooth order processing.
- Follow up on pending payments and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in accounts and sales.
- Experience in printing, packaging, or a related industry is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and MS Office or Excel.
- Ability to handle customers and generate new business.
- Candidates available in the UAE are preferred.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The stated job location is Dubai, UAE.

Pay
- Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 3,500 per month.
