The employer is seeking a relationship-focused Key Account Manager to manage strategic clients and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with key strategic accounts.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and account growth.
- Develop account strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain regular communication with key clients and decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor account performance, sales results, and business opportunities.
- Prepare account plans, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Resolve client concerns and coordinate effective solutions.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and other teams.
- Support long-term customer retention and business development.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience is preferred.
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
