- As a Commercial & Business Development Associate, you will:
- Support the growth of Ornua’s Foodservice and Food Manufacturing portfolio, focusing on industrial bakery and B2B dairy applications.
- Assist in sales forecasting, pipeline development, and market analysis.
- Build relationships with customers and distributors while learning solution selling techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Key Areas Of Responsibilities
- Market Research: Analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Support prospecting through research, networking, and industry events.
- Sales Support: Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for customer meetings. Customer Engagement: Participate in meetings and help maintain strong client relationships.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Assist in accurate sales forecasting and maintain CRM records. Collaboration: Work with Supply Chain, NPD, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Learning & Development: Build technical knowledge of Ornua’s products and applications.
Equirements
- :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (internships count!).
- Strong interest in foodservice, bakery, and eating-out-of-home channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus.
- English fluency required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to travel within KSA.
