The Key Account Manager acts as the direct liaison between branches and customers.
The role develops, maintains, and grows customer relationships in a fast-paced industrial equipment rental environment.
Location and employment
- The position is located in Toronto, Ontario.

- The position includes customer job-site and office visits, equipment delivery, and territory-based customer support.
Compensation
- The compensation includes an $85,000 base salary and a competitive commission plan subject to change based on sales.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer relationships through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customer accounts.
- Visit customer job sites and offices to assess needs and provide solutions.
- Develop internal relationships with branch teams to support customer success.
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up with prospective customers.
- Secure orders, communicate requirements to branches, and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
