Villeroy & Boch is seeking a Key Account Manager to develop and maintain relationships with wholesale customers in Riyadh. The role requires 3-5 years of building materials wholesale sales experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
- Attend internal sales calls or meetings and actively participate
- Ensure a steady corporate reporting system is followed at all times
- Make recommendations towards facilitating sustainable progress within the set sales strategy
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to wholesale customers
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
- Collaborate with cross functional teams for order fulfilment, delivery, and invoicing
- Identify and target new business opportunities to expand wholesale customer base
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration/marketing
- 3 5 years of building materials wholesale sales experience in the assigned area
- Strong communication and socializing skills
- Outstanding persuasion skills
- Strong analytical skills
- High presentation skills
- Ability to respond to inquiries in English; Arabic is an asset
