Role Overview

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend needed Internal Sales calls or meetings and actively participate.
  • Ensure a steady corporate reporting system is followed at all times.
  • Make recommendations towards facilitating a more sustainable progress within the set sales strategy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to wholesale customers.
  • Act proactively with high level of credibility and responsibility towards management reporting.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including supply chain, customer service and finance.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the wholesale customer base.

Measures of Performance

  • Sales Performance across the area, based on Sales KPIs.
  • New businesses initiated as per SMART objectives.
  • Business capabilities: Customer understanding and Relationships, Selling and Influencing, Negotiation, Channel and Customer Activation, Channel and Customer Strategy and Planning, Commercial Management, Resource Planning and Organization.
