- This is a strategic role focused on building strong relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring high service standards across priority accounts. The ideal candidate is a passionate sales professional with a deep understanding of FMCG distribution, retail chains, or HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Catering) operations.

- Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales with key accounts in retail and/or food service (HORECA)
- Develop and execute account-specific business plans and promotional strategies
- Identify growth opportunities and upselling potential within assigned accounts
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, buyers, and procurement leads
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, margins, and market trends
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely delivery and service
- Collaborate with the marketing team for tailored activations and trade support
- Ideal Candidate
- 5–8 years of experience in FMCG sales, with a focus on retail or food service
- Strong understanding of Saudi market dynamics, trade structure, and customer behavior
- Existing network in key accounts such as hypermarkets, supermarkets, hotels, or catering groups
Skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus; English proficiency required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
