Reporting to the aT1D KAM Lead, you will be part of our Autoimmune Type 1 Diabetes (aT1D) Franchise team, with accountability for your designated region.
As a Regional aT1D Key Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive commercial performance and product adoption across your regional portfolio. In support of this objective, you will advance local early detection initiatives and coordinate cross-functional account engagement to optimise the patient pathway and improve access to treatment.
Working closely with NHS Engagement Managers (NEMs), Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), you will develop and execute integrated account plans that address customer needs, improve patient outcomes, and deliver business objectives.
This role provides the opportunity to develop deep expertise in the aT1D landscape, identifying opportunities to enhance patient identification, optimise pathway implementation, and accelerate access to innovative treatment solutions.

Educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably with a science background.
ABPI qualified, and detailed understanding of its practical application in a business environment.
Experience of working collaboratively with medical and NHS engagement colleagues (MSLs/NEMs or equivalent) to deliver integrated account plans
Knowledge and understanding of the NHS relating to aT1D including the local decisions, impact on Sanofi and changes that affect their customers.
Experience of successfully working with prescribers and key decision makers in the NHS
Understanding of infusion centre operations and NHS treatment pathways for specialist medicines
Ability to achieve sales success by applying high level selling skills.
Ability to analyse complex internal and external data.
Ability to share knowledge internally across account team structures and cross-functionally to maximise effectiveness
Ability to contribute to the development and execution of shared business plans.
Ability to achieve success within a changing environment (comfortable with ambiguity)
A self-starter with drive and curiosity to truly make a difference
