About the Role
Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead a team managing relationships with chain retailers and suppliers. You will develop sales strategies, ensure execution of chain sales plans, and grow the chain account business.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of strategies and tactics for achieving company goals
- Ensure execution of Chain Sales plans that meet the Division’s annual business plan goals
- Lead, manage and develop direct reports
- Establish strong business relationships with all key stakeholders
- Plan and conduct regular sales calls with Chain team
- Conduct thorough analysis of category with opportunity identification and execution plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related experience including 3+ years supervisory experience; OR High School Diploma and 9+ years of related experience including 4+ years supervisory experience
- Very strong understanding of syndicated data (IRI or Nielsen)
- Ability to train others effectively
- Reliable automobile transportation, valid driver license, and auto insurance
- Ability to lift and carry products from 25 lbs to 50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs when handling keg products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Must pass a post offer background and drug test

Position Summary
- The Key Account Manager is accountable for managing a team that develops and maintains relationships with chain retailers, suppliers and internal leadership.
- This role is responsible for growing the Chain Account business while maintaining compliance.
Position Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of strategies and tactics for achieving company goals.
- Ensure execution of Chain Sales plans that meet the Division’s annual business plan goals.
