Job Overview

  • Purity Life Health Products is Canada's leading distributor of natural health products.
  • The Key Account Manager will manage and grow key Food Drug Mass customer accounts in the Grocery Division.
  • This is a remote (home office) opportunity with regular on site sales meetings and quarterly travel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned key accounts and independent grocery customers.
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies, promotional plans, and sales initiatives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and secure product listings.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, category reviews, and new product presentations.
  • Analyze sales data, trends, and market opportunities to drive account performance.
  • Manage forecasting, trade spend, and debit notes for assigned accounts.
  • Act as main contact for customer inquiries, ensuring excellent service and timely issue resolution.
  • Represent Purity Life at tradeshows, conventions, and industry events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 5 years of key account sales experience in grocery, packaged goods, or distribution.
  • Food, Drug and Mass channel experience.
  • Strategic analysis, problem solving skills, proven business acumen.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Highly self motivated with strong initiative.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse partners.
  • Strong ability to quickly build rapport and influence others.
  • Proven ability to prepare and deliver professional presentations.
  • Successful completion of post secondary education in Business/Sales.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, and AI tools.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Driver's license and personal car required.

Compensation

  • Salary range: CAD 70,000 CAD 80,000 per year.
