Al Naghi Company is seeking an experienced Key Account Executive – Modern Trade in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The role supports FMCG Modern Trade accounts and requires strong customer management and execution skills.
Key responsibilities
- Support the management and development of assigned Modern Trade accounts.
- Maintain relationships with customers, buyers, and account stakeholders.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, stock availability, and collections.
- Monitor sell-in, sell-out, stock levels, out-of-stock status, and account performance.
- Execute agreed promotions, listings, pricing, and visibility activities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Trade Marketing to resolve issues.
- Follow up on claims, deductions, and outstanding commercial matters.
- Prepare sales reports, account updates, and action plans.
- Identify sales opportunities and support account targets.
- Conduct market and store visits to identify execution gaps.
Candidate profile
- Previous FMCG Modern Trade experience in Saudi Arabia is required.
- Hands-on experience with major Modern Trade retailers is required.
- Panda Retail Company experience is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of Modern Trade operations, including orders, promotions, stock management, and customer follow-up, is required.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Good analytical and Excel skills are required.
- Candidates should be able to work independently and follow through on commitments.
- Good command of Arabic and English is required.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
