The successful candidate will be responsible for managing strategic accounts, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring exceptional client experiences across Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), Sustainability, Risk Management, and Engineering Consulting projects.
Serve as the primary relationship manager for designated key accounts.
Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with client stakeholders.
Understand client business priorities and align service offerings to meet evolving needs.
Conduct account reviews and develop account growth strategies.
Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and upselling of consulting and engineering services.
Support proposal development, client presentations, and commercial discussions.
Drive revenue growth and contribute to annual business targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities.
Collaborate closely with technical, project management, environmental, and engineering teams.
Ensure successful delivery of projects in accordance with client expectations.
Facilitate communication between clients and internal delivery teams.
Track project performance, milestones, and customer satisfaction.
Build trusted partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Support senior leadership in account planning and strategic decision-making.
Lead client meetings, business reviews, and solution workshops.
Proactively address client concerns and escalations.
Ensure consistently high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Gather feedback and recommend improvements to strengthen service delivery.
