Role overview
Emperorcom is hiring a motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager for its B2B sales team.
The role targets SME and B2B customers in the UAE telecom market, with a focus on du Business solutions and telecom services.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in du or Etisalat SME direct sales or through a channel partner.
- Strong understanding of the UAE B2B and SME telecom market.
- Experience in customer acquisition, account management, and business development.
- Fluent in Hindi and English.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to generate leads and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Willingness to work in an outdoor sales environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new SME and B2B customers.
- Manage relationships with existing clients.
- Promote and sell du Business solutions and telecom services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Generate leads through outdoor sales, referrals, and business networking.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for service activation and customer satisfaction.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
