Position Purpose
Build long-term relationships with key accounts to increase profitability for the Contract Operations group.
Develop account strategies, manage customer relationships, and coordinate with business development, operations, technical, and marketing teams.
Develop new pricing and service strategies that improve profitability.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide sales and account management for key accounts to meet profit and revenue targets.
- Analyze markets, competition, industry trends, processes, and customer challenges.
- Manage national programs, sourcing initiatives, and key-account renewals.
- Support teams in addressing service performance gaps.
- Coordinate global and regional account activities with Development and Marketing.
- Build relationships with corporate and site management and coordinate internal account relationships.
- Develop key-account business plans, goals, and objectives.
- Coordinate negotiation of master service agreements and other contracts.
- Oversee KPI reporting and recurring account review meetings.
- Resolve escalated customer issues professionally and promptly.
- Develop pricing and service strategies and support sales of new service projects.
