Role Overview
This is a part-time, fully remote Key Account Manager role serving customers in the United Arab Emirates.
The role focuses on strategic customer relationships, client partnerships, business growth, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage strategic accounts and key customer relationships.
- Build trusted partnerships and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Understand client objectives, challenges, requirements, and priorities.
- Develop account plans and identify revenue and relationship growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, product, finance, and support teams.
- Prepare proposals, commercial updates, account reviews, and performance reports.
- Monitor account performance, feedback, service quality, and deliverables.
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate effective solutions.
- Track opportunities, renewals, contract requirements, and account development.
- Provide management insights on customer trends, risks, opportunities, and market needs.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Three or more years of relevant account management, sales, business development, or customer relationship management experience is preferred.
