Position Purpose
Build long-term relationships with key accounts to increase Contract Operations profitability.
Leverage technology, DBO-O&M project delivery, program management, and service efficiency in account strategies.
Identify key accounts, develop strategies, manage relationships, and work with business development, operations, and technical teams.
Develop new pricing and service strategies.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide sales and account management for key accounts to meet profit and revenue targets.
- Manage national programs, sourcing initiatives, and key account renewals.
- Build customer relationships at corporate and site management levels and coordinate account relationships across teams.
- Develop key account business plans, goals, and objectives with operations, sales, and project development stakeholders.
- Coordinate negotiation of master service agreements and other contracts with legal and operations teams.
- Oversee KPI reporting and key account review meetings.
