About the Job
The Key Account Manager – Dermatology will drive strategic account growth across the Dubai territory within Sanofi's Specialty Care team.
The role builds partnerships with healthcare professionals and institutional decision-makers to support access to innovative treatments.
Work Style
- The work style is remote and field-based, with territory coverage and customer engagement in the Dubai market.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop territory-specific account plans aligned with national commercial strategy and the dermatology portfolio.
- Build relationships with specialists, dermatologists, healthcare professionals, and hospital decision-makers.
- Drive product adoption through scientific and value-based engagement and communicate clinical data.
- Develop Key Opinion Leader relationships and collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Marketing.
- Monitor account performance, sales KPIs, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Report actionable insights, adapt account plans, and maintain compliance with policies and regulations.
