Job summary
The Key Account Executive will manage traditional trade customer relationships, drive sales, and expand product distribution across assigned accounts.
The role reports to the Key Account Manager or Sales Manager.
Work location
- The role is based in Dubai, UAE.
- Work location is in person.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and develop new traditional trade customers.
- Conduct market and customer visits to monitor sales, availability, pricing, and competitors.
- Ensure product availability and visibility across assigned accounts.
- Coordinate orders, deliveries, payment follow-ups, promotions, and trade marketing activities.
- Report sales performance and market insights to management.
- Maintain customer and sales activity records in the ERP or CRM system.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in traditional trade or FMCG sales.
- UAE market experience is preferred.
- Strong customer relationship, negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of the local FMCG market and traditional trade channels.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay starts from AED 5,500 per month.
