Colors Company for Paints is seeking a Key Account Executive to manage and develop key customer accounts in Riyadh. You will achieve sales targets, prepare account plans, conduct customer visits, negotiate agreements, and maintain a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities
- Manage and develop assigned key accounts to achieve sales targets and increase customer retention
- Prepare and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and expand product penetration
- Conduct regular customer visits, follow up activities, and business reviews
- Negotiate commercial agreements, quotations, and contracts
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer database, and activity reports through CRM
- Identify and acquire new strategic customers through market analysis and prospecting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer developments
- Coordinate with technical, operations, and customer service teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 4–6 years of progressive experience in sales or account management, including key/strategic account handling
- Strong knowledge of key account management, B2B sales strategies, and market dynamics
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales reporting

Job Summary
- The Key Account Executive is responsible for managing and developing key customer accounts to ensure long term business relationships and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop assigned key accounts to achieve sales targets, increase customer retention, and maximize business opportunities.
- Prepare and execute account plans to drive revenue growth, expand product penetration, and strengthen long term partnerships.
- Conduct regular customer visits, follow up activities, and business reviews to understand customer needs, address concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, quotations, and contracts in line with company objectives and profitability targets.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, customer database, and activity reports through the company’s CRM and reporting systems.
- Identify and acquire new strategic customers through market analysis, prospecting, and relationship building.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer developments, and provide recommendations to management.
- Coordinate with technical, operations, and customer service teams to ensure timely support and successful project execution.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, presentations, industry events, and customer engagements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales and account management activities.
Required Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- 4–6 years of progressive experience in sales or account management, including key/strategic account handling.
- Strong knowledge of key account management, B2B sales strategies, and market dynamics.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and consistently grow key accounts.
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining long term client relationships.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales reporting.
- Experience in B2B sales; exposure to the paints, coatings, or building materials industry is considered an advantage.
