Overview
The Key Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing business with Lulu Hypermarket accounts.
The role
includes driving sales performance, maintaining strong customer relationships, managing credit and collections, and
ensuring smooth execution of trade agreements and store operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and develop strong relationships with Lulu buyers and store teams to drive business growth.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent growth across assigned accounts.
- Ensure product availability, proper assortment, and effective merchandising in all outlets.
- Plan and execute promotions, including BDA (Business Development Agreement) negotiations and
- implementation.
- Handle credit maintenance, including payment follow-ups and minimizing outstanding balances.
- Ensure timely cheque collection and reconciliation as per agreed terms.
- Identify and secure new Product listings / placements within Lulu accounts.
