Job Summary
A leading organization is seeking a highly driven Key Account Executive to manage and expand strategic B2B accounts within the UAE market.
The role requires a commercially focused professional with strong account management experience, capable of driving revenue growth, maximizing client retention, and identifying new business opportunities within existing portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Ow and manage a portfolio of high-value corporate (B2B) accounts across assigned sectors
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business objectives
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers (C-level, procurement, etc.)
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and convert them into revenue
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures
- Monitor account performance, KPIs, and client satisfaction metrics
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery
- Resolve escalations efficiently while maintaining long-term client relationships
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting using CRM systems
- Proficient in MS-Excel for preparing quotations / reports and follow ups
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in B2B sales or key account management (UAE/GCC experience preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong exposure to corporate sales cycles and enterprise clients
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines and in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
Preferred Profile
- Strong understanding of UAE business landscape and corporate client behavior
- Existing network of business contacts in the UAE is a strong advantage
