Role Overview
Manage and expand electronics and home appliance sales performance within UAE hypermarket stores.
Drive sell-in and sell-out, in-store execution, buyer relationships, and assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned retail hypermarket accounts for electronics and home appliance categories.
- Build relationships with buyers, category managers, and store management.
- Handle SKU listings, price updates, and promotions with the buying team.
- Prepare forecasts, support order processing, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain product placement, planogram compliance, pricing accuracy, and POS availability.
- Coordinate merchandising and promotions, monitor stock, and prevent overstock or stockouts.
- Track promotions, competitors, launches, market feedback, and consumer insights.
- Prepare sales, stock, and performance reports and follow company procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2–5 years of UAE retail sales experience in electronics or home appliances.
- Experience managing hypermarkets or similar modern trade accounts.
- Proven success achieving targets, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple stores, analyze sales and inventory data, and negotiate effectively.
