Businesses shop for leads as they shop for products in e-commerce: they see key details before they buy, with transparency, control, and predictable outcomes. The JV program places unsold motivated seller leads with real estate operators who have the teams, follow-up systems, and closing ability to convert them into revenue.

The JV Partnership Manager owns who gets into the JV program, how they perform, and whether they stay. You will recruit and close new JV partners, onboard them properly, coach them to perform, hold them accountable, retain the ones worth keeping, and grow their value over time. You are not here to collect signups - you are here to build a partner base that produces revenue consistently and grows month over month.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, qualify, and close high-quality JV partners who have real acquisition teams and real closing ability
- Onboard new partners properly: set expectations early, drive activation fast, and prevent stalling
- Coach partners directly on follow-up, lead handling, prioritization, and pipeline execution
- Organize monthly partner meetings, performance reviews, and accountability check-ins
