Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM / Zoho ecosystem.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Deluge — mandatory.
- Basic working knowledge of SQL .
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Python .
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations .
- Exposure to Zoho Flow, Zapier, or similar automation tools is preferred.
- Good understanding of CRM workflows and automation .
- Comfortable with Excel and basic reporting/analytics .
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field .
