About the Role
Al Qaryan International DMCC is seeking a motivated Junior Treasury Accountant to support treasury operations, banking transactions, and cash flow monitoring in Dubai. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 1-3 years of experience, and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily treasury and cash flow activities
- Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements
- Process and monitor bank payments, receipts, and fund transfers
- Coordinate with banking partners on account related matters
- Support cash position reporting and treasury analysis
- Maintain accurate records of treasury transactions and banking documents
- Assist with month end and year end financial closing activities
- Support internal and external audit requirements
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform other accounting and treasury related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or finance operations
- Sound understanding of banking processes and financial controls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience in a trading or commodity business environment is an advantage
