Why should you join Fluke Health Solutions – Everett Ops
Everett Operations is intentionally transforming how engineering supports the factory – moving from reactive, daily firefighting to a preventive, capability-driven model.
This position would be a developing test engineer supporting an assigned product cell, added to relieve the overallocated test-engineering coverage.
Builds first-pass-yield and test-development depth under the guidance of senior engineers and the Principal/Metrologist.

What this role entails:
- Support test development and fixture maintenance for assigned products.
- Execute yield-troubleshooting and data analysis under general supervision.
- Support, maintain and improve test systems throughout the factory.
- Assist sustaining and NPI test activities for the cell.
- Document test methods and contribute to CAPA investigations. Validate test stations per existing processes and document accordingly.
- Apply FBS Standard Work; participate in Kaizen.
- Ensure conformance to the ISO 13485 / FDA 21 CFR 820 quality system.
Fortive Business System Expectations
- Live the Fortive Business System: Kaizen, Standard Work, Problem Solving (root-cause to countermeasure), and Daily Management.

Building functional depth in the assigned discipline.

Impact & Scope: Decisions affect own assignments and the immediate work cell; errors are typically contained and detected within the cell.
Influence & Interaction: Interacts primarily within the team and assigned cell; explains information to peers and technicians.
Adjacent levels: Growth path to Engineer II (P16) as autonomy, problem complexity, and cell ownership increase.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology preferred).
- 0-3 years of engineering experience (internship/co-op counts).
- Foundational test, measurement, data-analysis, and metrology skills. Good understanding of analog and digital based circuitry and ability to read schematics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to automated test or LabVIEW
- Root cause analysis experience using various problem-solving methodologies.
- Interest in medical device manufacturing.
