What you’ll do

Execute functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing across enterprise applications.

Support testing activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.

Coordinate UAT activities with business stakeholders, including test planning, scheduling, execution tracking, and sign-off management.

Create, update, and maintain test cases, test scripts, test results, and traceability records in Azure DevOps.

Monitor and report testing progress, defects, risks, and quality metrics through dashboards and status reports.

Log, track, and retest defects to ensure timely resolution.

Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium to support regression testing.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure testing deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.

Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and test automation coverage.
