Position Overview
PayNow is seeking a Junior Technical Resource to join its team in Qatar.
The role supports the company’s technical and IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting.
- Assist with system installation, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor and report technical issues.
- Escalate issues when required.
- Maintain technical documentation and support reports.
- Coordinate with senior technical teams and vendors when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in IT or technical support.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Qatar-based candidates are preferred.
