Role Overview
Join Flair Airlines' Information Technology team as a Junior Technical Analyst and gain hands-on experience supporting day-to-day IT operations.
The role reports to the Manager, Information Technology and develops skills in technical support, systems administration, networking, and IT service management.
Workplace
- This is an on-site position based in either the Edmonton, Alberta or Toronto, Ontario office.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and business applications.
- Resolve support requests through the ticketing system and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, operating systems, Microsoft 365, and network connectivity.
- Support onboarding and offboarding, including equipment preparation, account provisioning, and system access.
- Administer accounts, passwords, permissions, and access using Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Install software, patches, and updates; maintain equipment, documentation, IT assets, and knowledge-base content.
- Escalate complex issues and participate in technology deployments, hardware refreshes, system upgrades, and IT projects.
- Follow IT security policies and best practices to protect organizational systems and data.
