Role Overview
The Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist will support high-volume overseas recruitment drives alongside senior recruiters and operations leads.
The role covers candidate outreach, credential verification, trade-test coordination, pipeline tracking, and deployment support across MEP, construction, manufacturing, and facility management.
Candidate Assessment and Communication
- Screen biodatas and conduct phone screenings to identify genuine trade experience and verify Gulf and domestic work history.
- Explain overseas opportunities, salary packages, overtime policies, food, accommodation, and safety conditions in Hindi and regional dialects.
- Provide timely updates on selection status, trade testing, medical appointments, and visa progress.
- Communicate field feedback and candidate turnout numbers to senior recruiters and team leads.
Sourcing and Recruitment Operations
- Source candidates through field associates, vocational training centers, referrals, and regional community channels.
- Learn technical trade definitions such as 6G welders, MEP electricians, ductmen, scaffolders, and heavy equipment operators.
- Manage expectations about basic pay, working hours, and contract tenure to reduce post-selection dropouts.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, bulk staffing, or recruitment operations.
- Overseas recruitment agency or manpower consultancy experience is advantageous.
- Ability to learn overseas construction, mechanical, electrical, and industrial maintenance trades.
- Excellent Hindi communication and working English for emails, documentation, and reporting.
- Comfort with MS Excel or Google Sheets, applicant tracking software, and document sets.
- Graduate degree in any discipline or equivalent.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month.

- The role is performed in person.
