Security & Eligibility: Must obtain a Government of Canada security clearance, which necessitates Canadian citizenship and a minimum of 10 years of continuous residence in Canada.
Education: Bachelor degree in Engineering (or equivalent), with eligibility to register as an EIT and work towards P. Eng. certification.
Mandatory: Very good organizational skills with attention to details and quality, ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
Desirable: Experience with naval engineering or the defense industry and a solid grasp of basic systems engineering principles relevant to marine environments
Desirable: Proficient in developing precise technical documentation and diagrams, applying design principles effectively, and refining naval equipment processes through constructive feedback.
Desirable: Proficient in English communication across all formats and levels, with the ability to draft clear reports, technical documents, and procedural manuals for diverse audiences.
