Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of documentation, calculations, and evidence required for green building certifications such as LEED, WELL, BREEAM, Estidama, and Trakhees
- Serve as the project in charge for assigned green building projects, ensuring coordination, timely delivery, and compliance
- Assist in reviewing project designs, material submittals, and specifications to ensure alignment with sustainability and certification requirements
- Conduct data collection and analysis for energy, water, waste, and resource efficiency studies
- Support client engagement by preparing presentations, technical documentation, and follow up communication
- Conduct site visits for sustainability verification, environmental monitoring and data gathering
- Stay updated on local and international sustainability standards, regulations, and emerging trends
- Coordinate internally with senior consultants, engineers, and project teams to ensure deliverables meet technical and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 1 2 years of experience in sustainability, environmental consulting, or related disciplines (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply)
- Familiarity with LEED, WELL, Estidama, or similar sustainability frameworks is desirable
- Strong analytical, research, and technical writing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- LEED GA or AP accreditation
- Estidama PQP

Position Overview
- The Junior Sustainability Consultant will support the delivery of sustainability and environmental projects, including sustainability assessments, green building certifications, energy audits, and environmental compliance studies.
- The role involves assisting in data collection, analysis, report preparation, and coordination with clients, consultants, and authorities to implement sustainability strategies.
Key Responsibilities
