- Role & responsibilities
- Reduce dead stock and excess inventory through analysis and action planning
- Monitor stock cover and replenishment parameters
- Analyse sales velocity, aging inventory, and SKU performance
- Identify slow-moving and non-moving SKUs
- Build dashboards and generate inventory insights.
- Support demand forecasting and promotion planning
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and variance root causes
