Role Overview
Parsons is seeking a Junior Stakeholder Engineer to join its team in Qatar.
The role supports external representation of an infrastructure program with authorities, regulators, utilities, and other third parties.
The position is intended for someone early in their career with exposure to stakeholder coordination on infrastructure projects.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Support stakeholder updates, expectation management, requirements management, and responses to project requests, questions, and issues.
- Support project deliverables and coordinate with authorities and stakeholders to help achieve project goals.
- Assist with stakeholder objectives and delivery methods aligned with client, contract, and corporate requirements.
- Help resolve conflicting stakeholder requirements so approvals and project activities remain on track.
Project Collaboration and Reporting
- Work with interdisciplinary teams on project coordination activities.
- Assist with progress updates, reports, and stakeholder trackers.
- Participate in design and stakeholder meetings, review status, and capture actions.
Requirements
- Early-career profile with exposure to stakeholder coordination on infrastructure projects.
- Ability to support coordination with public authorities, regulators, utilities, and other third parties.
- Ability to work with interdisciplinary project teams and support stakeholder reporting and tracking.
